VOOPOO Vinci X Pod Kit 70 W

The VOOPOO Vinci X is a 5 to 70 W pod mod running an external 18650 battery and the PnP coil system. This is a variable-wattage device, not a pocket pod: it's for someone who wants to set watts and switch between direct-to-lung and mouth-to-lung just by changing the coil.

Important: the battery is not included

The Vinci X runs on an external 18650 battery, sold separately. We're saying that first because it's the number one cause of disappointment with this device: it isn't plug-and-play out of the box — you need an 18650 and a charger.

In exchange you get two real advantages: when the battery degrades you replace it instead of binning the device, and you can carry a charged spare in your pocket.

Which coils it takes

It uses VOOPOO's PnP system, the same as the Drag and Argus ranges. Coils push in rather than screwing. Here's what we stock and how each behaves in the Vinci X:

The two coils in the box give you two different vapes from day one: the 0.3 Ω for direct-to-lung with power behind it, and the 0.6 Ω for something more restrained. When they wear out, the PnP VM1 0.3 Ω is available in packs of 5.

Frequently asked questions

Which battery do I need?
A high-drain 18650 from a recognised brand. For 60-70 W you want at least 20 A continuous discharge. Don't use unwrapped batteries or ones of unclear origin.

Why is the cartridge 2 ml when the original is 5.5 ml?
Because Real Decreto 579/2017 caps nicotine tanks at 2 ml in Spain. The 5.5 ml version isn't legal here. Explained in full in this guide.

Will coils from my Drag or Argus fit?
Yes, if they're PnP. It's the same system across that VOOPOO range.

Can I vape mouth-to-lung on it?
Yes, with the R1, R2 or C1 at low wattage. It's one of the few 70 W devices that genuinely does both well.

How long does a coil last?
One to three weeks. Very sweet liquids shorten that considerably, especially at higher wattages.
