VOOPOO PnP R2 1.0Ω Coils — Pack of 5

Genuine VOOPOO PnP R2 coils, five per pack. At 1.0 Ω and 10-15 W these are made for mouth-to-lung vaping — a tight, cigarette-style draw with modest vapour and long coil life.

What does "R2" actually mean?

VOOPOO's coil codes aren't obvious, so here it is plainly:

• R = Regular. Standard kanthal wire, higher resistance, low wattage, mouth-to-lung. Lasts longer and uses far less e-liquid.
• VM = Vape Mesh. Mesh strip, sub-ohm, high wattage, direct-to-lung. More vapour, more flavour, much faster consumption.

The number is just the version — R1 is 0.8 Ω, R2 is 1.0 Ω. If you're coming from cigarettes and using nic salts, R2 is the one you want.

Compatibility — fits almost everything

Because it runs at low wattage, the R2 works on virtually every PnP device, including the older and lower-powered ones:

• Drag S, Drag X, Drag 2, Drag Baby
• Argus Pro, Argus X
• Navi, Find Trio
• Any other PnP pod or tank

Not compatible with VOOPOO's ITO or TPP platforms.

Which PnP coil should I choose?

• R2 — 1.0 Ω, 10-15 W, MTL. Cigarette-style draw, 20 mg nic salts, lowest liquid use, longest life.
• VM1 — 0.3 Ω, 32-40 W, DTL. Direct-to-lung, freebase 3-6 mg.
• VM5 — 0.2 Ω, 40-60 W, DTL. Maximum vapour, needs a high-power device.

Fitting and priming

• Pull the old coil straight out — press-fit, no thread
• Push the new one in until it seats fully
• Drip a few drops of e-liquid into the cotton ports
• Fill the pod and wait 5 minutes
• Run it at 10-15 W — going higher will burn it quickly

FAQ

How long does an R2 last?
Two to four weeks — considerably longer than a mesh coil, because it runs at a fraction of the power.

Can I use nic salts?
Yes, this is the right coil for them. 20 mg salts at 10-15 W give a satisfying throat hit without excessive nicotine.

Why so little vapour?
That's by design. MTL coils prioritise flavour, battery life and low liquid consumption over clouds. For vapour, use a VM1 or VM5.

R1 or R2?
R1 is 0.8 Ω — slightly warmer and a touch more vapour. R2 at 1.0 Ω is tighter and closer to a cigarette. R2 is the more popular choice for salts.
