VOOPOO PnP C1 1.2Ω Ceramic Coils — Pack of 5

Genuine VOOPOO PnP C1 coils, five per pack. These use a ceramic heating element rather than mesh or plain wire — at 1.2 Ω and 10-15 W they deliver a clean mouth-to-lung vape with noticeably longer life than a mesh coil.

Ceramic, mesh or regular — what's the difference?

VOOPOO's letter codes tell you the heating technology, and it changes how the coil behaves:

• C = Ceramic. Heats evenly, gives a very clean flavour with no metallic edge, and lasts the longest of the three. Wicks more slowly, so it suits thinner liquids and lower power.
• R = Regular. Standard kanthal wire. Straightforward MTL, good life, low cost.
• VM / TM / TR = Mesh. Fastest ramp-up and the most intense flavour, but wears out quickest.

Pick C1 if you value a clean taste and want to replace coils less often. Pick a mesh coil if you want maximum flavour intensity from day one.

The C1 uses the standard PnP fitting, so it physically seats in other PnP pods, but VOOPOO lists the devices above. If you have a different PnP device, check its wattage reaches 10-15 W before ordering.

Not compatible with VOOPOO's ITO or TPP platforms.

C1, R2 or TR1 — they're all 1.0-1.2 Ω

All three are MTL coils at similar resistance. The difference is the element:

• C1 — 1.2 Ω ceramic. Cleanest flavour, longest life, slower wicking.
• R2 — 1.0 Ω kanthal. Classic MTL, warmer, cheapest to run.
• TR1 — 1.2 Ω mesh. Sharpest flavour, shortest life.

Fitting and priming

• Pull the old coil straight out — press-fit, no thread
• Push the new one in until it seats fully
• Drip e-liquid into the cotton ports until saturated
• Fill the pod and wait 10 minutes — ceramic wicks more slowly than mesh, so give it longer
• Run it at 10-15 W

FAQ

How long does a ceramic coil last?
Three to four weeks with normal use — the longest-lasting option in the PnP range.

Does ceramic taste different?
Yes. It's cleaner and more neutral, without the slight metallic note some people notice on wire coils. It's less intense than mesh, but more consistent from first puff to last.

Can I use nic salts?
Yes. At 1.2 Ω and 10-15 W it's well suited to 20 mg salts.

Why does it take longer to prime?
Ceramic absorbs e-liquid more slowly than cotton-and-mesh. Rushing it is the main cause of a burnt first puff — give it the full 10 minutes.
