GeekVape Aegis Legend 200 W — Mod
The Aegis Legend is the mod GeekVape called "The Indestructible Beast", and the name is earned: IP67 against water and dust, shock resistance, and 200 W from the AS chip. It's built for people who vape on building sites, up mountains, or who simply drop things. This is the mod only — the tank and the two 18650 cells go separately.
Why this one: IP67
IP67 means complete dust protection and resistance to immersion — up to 30 minutes at one metre. Add shock and drop resistance on top.
Most 200 W mods are plastic or zinc-alloy boxes that die at the first serious fall or the first rainstorm. This one doesn't. That's the real reason the Aegis line has lasted as long as it has, and why this model still sells.

- Variable wattage
- Temperature control for Ni, SS, Ti and Kanthal, with adjustable TCR

Two honest notes on this model
It charges by micro USB, not USB-C. That's a design of its era and it shows in 2026. In practice it matters little, because 18650 cells are better charged in an external charger anyway — safer and better for battery life — but if you were expecting USB-C, it hasn't got it.
This is the original Aegis Legend. GeekVape has since released the Legend 2, 3 and 5. This is the first of the line: the same armoured chassis and the same AS chip, at a price the newer ones don't have.
Genuine, and verifiable
The box carries GeekVape's Scratch & Check authenticity code, along with CE and FC marks.
Frequently asked questions
Which batteries do I need?
Two high-drain 18650 cells from a recognised brand — same model, same age, same charge level. For 200 W you want at least 25 A continuous discharge. Never mix different cells in a dual-battery mod.
Can I charge the batteries in the mod?
Yes, over micro USB, but it isn't the best way. An external charger balances both cells and extends their life.
Which tank fits it?
Any 510 atomiser. It takes up to around 26–28 mm without overhang.
Is it really submersible?
IP67 certifies 30 minutes at one metre. That said, it's protection against accidents — rain, mud, a drop in a puddle — not an invitation to vape in the pool. Dry the contacts before use.
Is it any good for mouth-to-lung?
It can be, at low wattage, but it's built for sub-ohm and direct-to-lung. If you want mouth-to-lung, a rechargeable pod will serve you better.
Is it heavy?
Yes. With two 18650s in it, over 300 grams. The protection has a cost and this is it.
