What's the difference from a prefilled vape?

A prefilled device comes with the flavour and nicotine already sealed inside; you replace the whole pod. A kit has an open tank — you fill it yourself, from any 10 ml bottle, and you change only the coil. It costs more up front and considerably less after that.

If you'd rather not handle liquid, the prefilled pods are in rechargeable vapers.

Choosing between them

Higher wattage is not better — it's different. Mouth-to-lung (a tight draw, like a cigarette) suits 16–20 W and 20 mg nicotine salts. Direct-to-lung (open, straight to the chest) needs more power and a lower nicotine strength. Coming off tobacco, start at the top of this table, not the bottom.

Coils are the thing to check before you buy

Every kit takes its own fitting, and it's a purchase you'll repeat every one to three weeks:

• Vaporesso Xros → XROS COREX 2.0 pods — for the Xros Mini choose 0.8Ω or higher; the 0.4Ω doesn't fit it
• UWELL Caliburn Koko Prime → Caliburn G coils
• VOOPOO Vinci X → PnP coils
• GeekVape Aegis Legend → any 510 tank, coils depend on the tank

The 2 ml rule

Every nicotine tank sold in Spain is capped at 2 ml, and e-liquid at 20 mg/ml, under Real Decreto 579/2017. That applies to every kit here, whatever the manufacturer's international spec sheet says.
