Terms of sale.

These terms of sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products by [Company name] ("VaperCore", "we", "us") to customers ("you") through this website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to buy vaping products in your country. We may ask for proof of age at checkout and on delivery, and we may cancel orders where age can't be verified. See our Age policy.

We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products containing nicotine carry the health warnings required by law and are sold in line with EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) rules.

• Prices are shown in euros and include VAT and, where applicable, excise duty on e-liquids.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
• If a product is shown at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you.

After you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or age can't be verified — in that case we refund you in full.

Delivery times and costs are explained on our Shipping page. An adult aged 18 or over must receive the parcel. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products such as e-liquids, pods and coils can't be returned once their seal has been broken. Full details are on our Returns page.

Devices are covered by our 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. See our Warranty page.

Use products only as described in the instructions, with compatible chargers, pods and coils. Keep products and e-liquids out of reach of children and pets. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or incompatible accessories.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

We use your personal data to process your order, verify your age and provide customer service, as explained in our Privacy policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Spain]. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you place it.
