Fast, tracked delivery across Spain and Europe. Here's when your order ships, how long it takes and what it costs.
Every VaperCore order is packed with care and sent with a tracked courier, so you always know where your parcel is.
Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times
- Spain (peninsula) - 24-48 hours after dispatch.
- Balearic Islands - 3-5 working days.
- Portugal, France, Italy, Germany - 3-5 working days.
- Other EU countries - 3-5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods or because of courier delays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order. Free delivery applies to Orders Over €20
Where we deliver
We deliver to Spain and to EU countries where the sale of vaping products by distance is legally allowed. If we can't deliver to your country, you'll see this at checkout.
We can't currently deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Our products are for adults only. An adult aged 18 or over must receive the parcel and the courier may ask for ID. Parcels can't be left with neighbours or in a safe place.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow your order on our Track order page or in your account.
Missed delivery
If you're not at home, the courier will usually try again or leave a note on how to collect your parcel. Parcels that can't be delivered are returned to us — we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, let us know and we'll investigate with the courier.
